When I got home from church today I put in a short little video about Christmas the church put out called Mr. Kruger's Christmas. I hadnt seen it in a couple of years. I cried. It was beautiful and had a great message to share. It's always a great reminder for me of why I celebrate Christmas. It's not about the presents, Santa Claus, gingerbread houses, any of that stuff. It's about celebrating the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Our brother, friend, and redeemer. It's about spending time with the ones you love. Reading scriptures together, praying together, being a family. I hope that we can all remember the true meaning of Christmas this year and not be so caught up in "who's getting what."
